[Lewis and Clark County/City of Helena] Event Permit Application

Welcome to the City Of Helena's Parade or Race Permit Application

Please read the requirements for events listed on the application carefully. You will be asked to provide a legal signature to confirm that you understand and will follow the street use policies during the event. IF YOUR PLANS INCLUDE RESERVATION OF A CITY PARK FACILITY, YOU MUST CONTACT THE PARKS DEPARTMENT at 406-447-8463.

A map of your intended route must be attached to this request by clicking on the paperclip icon at the bottom of the screen.

If the City requires traffic control devices to hold your event, a $250.00 deposit is required for use of City of Helena equipment. Following submission of this form, you will be redirected to the Barricade Agreement application. Pick up and drop off of traffic control equipment must be coordinated with the Street Department during the times listed in the agreement.

You will be required to submit a $250 check for the deposit, mailed or delivered to:

If alcohol is involved for this event, please read City Code 4-2-11 for liability insurance requirements prior to completing this document.
